• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through PayHere
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

6. Service Availability

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. • Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of services or engagement in prohibited activities
• Request by law enforcement or government authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGen Web Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Severability
